What kind of woman is an advocate for woman’s rights in public and an abused wife in her own home? I am that woman. In my newly published memoir, Listening to my Life, I share my journey through fear to trust.
I spent much of my career in education, serving in several capacities in the public schools. I was a teacher, counselor, sex-equity coordinator, introducing and implementing Title IX, and principal. I left a tenured position and started my own business as an educational consultant in organizational change.
At 55 I stopped everything and followed Spirit’s whispers which led me into a deep spiritual healing. I now live in a more peaceful existence with myself.
I am a spiritual director living in Tacoma, WA. I continue to enjoy hiking, gardening, travel, and reading.
